Concierge Services/Call Center
Our virtual concierge is a live call agent that can take every call, every time, as though they were waiting by the phone in your Office. They work just like a regular concierge/assistant by answering the phone, taking information, catering to our "on island guests",or small businesses by placing reservations(boats, restaurants, car rentals) and dispatching it as needed to the appropriate people and departments. But they’re working remotely from our St-Martin based call center.
